My Yoga journey started 39 years back when I, a 4 year old baby, was a recurring pharyngitis patient. My doctor told my parents that my tonsils were needed to be removed because I used to be on antibiotics for 6 months in a year. But he also suggested to try Yoga once. I started doing Yoga under the instruction of Bishwashri Manotosh Chowdhury (world renowned Yoga guru) and did Yoga for 15 years. Not only never had pharyngitis ever, my immunity became so strong that never had any nasty flu (not even covid) in my life yet (touch wood). Such is the power of Yoga.
After so many years, I have met Gili – another amazing Yoga teacher who changed my daughter’s life. My daughter who was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at the age of 15 is completely cured now and has improved her overall fitness . Thank you Gili for your time, dedication and guidance.
